Counselling is about working with someone who can support you and help you sort out the things that make you feel down or confused. Anyone can choose to get some counselling – you don’t have to be ‘crazy’! Counselling is usually face-to-face however there is also telephone and internet counselling. Some people choose to participate in group counselling so that they can talk to others who have had similar experiences.
